At Worship Attires, we are committed to a fair, transparent, and straightforward return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be approved. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Item must show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number, is required

Worship Attires reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet these conditions. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized garments, unless they are faulty or incorrect

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@worshipattires.com within the 14-day return window. Your message should include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return request
  • Clear photographs of the item, particularly if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request during business hours and respond with a decision and further instructions. Please do not ship any item back before receiving written approval from our team. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any error made by the customer at the time of ordering.

Worship Attires responsibility: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, Worship Attires will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in such cases and provide clear photographs of the issue.

All returns must be shipped using a secure, trackable shipping method. Worship Attires is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Hand-delivered or untracked returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team at support@worshipattires.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for standard-size items within the 14-day return window. To request an exchange, please contact our support team before shipping any item back. Once the returned item has been received and inspected and confirmed to meet our return eligibility conditions, the replacement item will be dispatched. Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.

Custom-made or personalized garments are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty or incorrect.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that purchasing decisions can change. Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 14-day return window, provided the item meets all return eligibility conditions. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Restocking Fee

Worship Attires does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns at this time.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request. Approved refunds are processed within 8 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account. This processing time is outside our control.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions
  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary by institution
  3. Allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to be reflected

If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team at support@worshipattires.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
