Conditions

All of the following conditions must be met for a return to be approved.

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and undamaged
  • Item shows no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
  • Proof of purchase — order confirmation email or order number — is provided
  • Return request is submitted within the 14-day return window
  • Item is shipped using a secure, trackable shipping method after approval

Items Not Eligible
for Return

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized garments, unless faulty or incorrect
  • Items returned without prior written approval from our team
  • Returns submitted after the 14-day window has passed

Returns, Exchanges
& Shipping

Return Shipping — Customer
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any error made by the customer at the time of ordering. All returns must be shipped using a secure, trackable method.
Return Shipping — Our Responsibility
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, Worship Attires will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@worshipattires.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for standard-size items within the 14-day return window. Contact our support team before shipping any item back. Once the returned item is received and confirmed eligible, the replacement will be dispatched. Custom garments are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 14-day return window, provided the item meets all return eligibility conditions. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
No Restocking Fee
Worship Attires does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns. Items that do not meet return eligibility requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense. Worship Attires reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet eligibility conditions.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Approved refunds are processed within 8 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time beyond this period.
