To initiate a return or refund, simply email us at support@worshipattires.com with:

      • The reason for your return

      • Clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

    Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

    ❗ Please do not return items without prior approval — we won’t be able to process unapproved returns.

    🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable and insured service for your return.

    ✅ Refund Eligibility

        • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

        • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there’s a fault from our side

        • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item

      📦 Condition of Returned Items

      Please ensure that returned products are folded neatly, packed securely, and protected during shipping. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item is damaged or used.

      For gifts purchased during the holiday season, we offer an extended return window of 30 days after Christmas.
