Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, standard transit time is 2 to 3 business days, bringing the total estimated delivery time to 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders may require an additional 2 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the request.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in San Diego, California.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. We ship via trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or personalized garments are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@worshipattires.com with your order number and reason for return.
Is return shipping free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. In such cases, Worship Attires will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Can I exchange a garment?
Yes. We offer exchanges for standard-size items if the size or color is not suitable. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. Customized garments are not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty.
