Order Processing

All orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PT), excluding public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Handling Time: All orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and packed within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and factors beyond our control. Custom orders may require additional production time of 2 to 3 weeks prior to dispatch.


Shipping Cost

Worship Attires offers free shipping on all standard orders within the United States. No shipping charges are applied at checkout. All pricing is displayed transparently before payment is completed. There are no hidden fees.


Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted and established US carriers to ensure safe, timely, and trackable delivery of every order. Our primary shipping partners include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL

The carrier is selected based on your delivery location and order specifications. Carrier details and your tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Destination

At this time, Worship Attires ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in San Diego, California.


Prices, Taxes, and Currency

All product prices on Worship Attires are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). Applicable taxes, where required by law, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden charges or additional fees added after purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. You may also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order details.


Product Condition and Shipping Responsibility

All garments are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure they leave our facility in excellent condition. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Worship Attires is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or orders delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.


Address Modification

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@worshipattires.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, address modifications are no longer possible.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before processing has begun. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, customers are advised to follow our Return and Refund Policy upon receiving their order.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@worshipattires.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage where applicable. We will review each case individually and assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our store policy.


Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.
