- Item shows no signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage

- Return request is submitted within the 14-day return window
- Item is shipped using a secure, trackable shipping method after approval
Items Not Eligible

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Custom-made or personalized garments, unless faulty or incorrect
